Celebrating 75 Years of 20th Century Fox

To celebrate their 75th anniversary 20th Century Fox is releasing some limited edition posters that incorporate some of their most popular pictures with their iconic logo. Some of the movies featured are Cash, Ice Age, Patton, Alien and Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid.

Something For The Soul Brothers

Blaxploitation films of the early seventies had two things going for them. First off, killer funk and soul soundtracks by the likes of Isaac Hayes and Curtis Mayfield. Second, great movie posters. Some of the worst films of the era had some of the coolest posters. Cars, guns, babes and violence were artistically rendered in a style that is easily recognizable and copied to this day. These are some of my favorites.
