NASA Takes On World Cup Ball

A lot of players have complained about the Adidas Jabulani ball during the tournament. Now the scientists over at NASA are backing up the claims that the ball can be a problem. The network worked with the Wieden+Kennedy ad agency and the little-known AM I Collective, a group of artists based in Cape Town, South Africa. The murals are said to have been inspired by the style of Ghanaian movie posters from the 1980s.

A Possible World Cup AIDS Outbreak

It is believed that about half of the countries sex worker are infected with HIV. If legalized the prostitutes would need to be registered and then screened for any STD's. With 2.2 million foreigners expected to come to Johannesburg for the games the risk of mass infections is a real one.
